Training Philosophy
The best trainer you can have is a more educated version of yourself. When you understand your body, you learn to feel true muscular engagement, recognize what is effective, and know when it’s time to progress, pull back, or change direction altogether.
For that reason, I focus on education and self-guided development rather than traditional one-on-one personal training. My goal is to give you the tools and understanding to train with confidence, autonomy, and long-term success.
That said, if you have specific questions or personal goals, I’m always happy to help. Reach out, and I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.

How you train matters
Mind muscle connection, rep ranges, sets, rest, technique, joint angles, nutrition, exercises, variations, all factors that can drastically affect your outcomes in the gym.
Knowing a clear path to achieve goals
Being able to see the finish line, is one of the most motivating elements to finishing the race. Have a program to outline the path to success can be the encouragement necessary to move towards a more active and balanced life.

Strive for excellence
Most people will never be a world class athlete. And for that reason they will settle for not even being athletic. So you may never compete in the Olympics or be a professional athlete. But extreme satisfaction and pride follows those who strive to be the best version of themselves. And who knows, maybe you have potential you didn’t even know about.
Unsure?
Send me a message today and lets make a program that would be best for you.
